It is always recommended to wear something which comfortable to sit for the examination. Light colors are preferable. And you can wear t- shirt but it must be half sleeve. White color shirt is perfect. But skirts are strictly not allowed. Instead of skirt, you can palazzos or trousers or joggers etc. Make sure there's no embroidery and flowers, pockets or big buttons on the dress and it is light colored.
