Yes you can. There is no restriction as per the color for NEET UG. make sure you wear light and comfortable clothes. Try to avoid clothes with embroidery, flowers, brooches and buttons. It is advisable to wear half sleeves clothes. Don't wear full sleeves. Other than that here are some other guidelines related to the dress code- Make sure you wear slippers or sandals with low heels as shoes are not allowed in the examination hall.
