As salwars and trousers are allowed, I do think palazzo can be worn. Make sure that it is light coloured with no embroidery. Palazzo pants might be acceptable, if it does not have pockets or embellishments. Since you are not allowed to wear shoes inside the examination hall, make sure that the palazzos are not too long of a floor-sweeping length. The authorities may decide to classify it under customary attire, if you wear it with a traditional kurta. Reach the center early for additional security checks.
