Hello www.abiswe , There is no compulsion for the color of shirt for boys and girls both but long sleeves or fancy sleeves shirts are not allowed. Female candidates should avoid all metallic/non-metallic jewelry.Candidates are advised to wear open sandals or slippers.

Hope you understand :)

Hello dear ,

Yes you can wear red  t shirt ,but only if it is not full sleeves . Following the dress code of NEET, female candidates should wear half sleeve clothes. It is best to avoid high heels and thick sole shoes and instead opt for sandals or slippers. Low heel footwear is also allowed. In NEET exam dress code 2020, it is specified that they can wear half-sleeve clothes with low heel sandals. You are not allowed to wear brooch, flowers, badge, or jeans. Ornaments are not at all preferable for females in the examination hall.

Hope this helps !!
