Dress code guidelines prescribed for female candidates by NTA for NEET 2021 are as follows
Female candidates should wear a mask and gloves as per COVID 19 safety guidelines set by the authority.
Female candidates are advised not to wear clothes that have elaborate embroidery, flowers, brooches, or buttons as this is prohibited in the NEET dress code for female 2021 specified by NTA.
No clothes with full arm length sleeves should be worn on the day of examination. Following the dress code of NEET 2021, female candidates should wear half sleeve clothes.
Jeans with big pockets and fashionable will generally not be allowed for females as per the NTA NEET dress code. So, female aspirants, are advised to avoid wearing jeans on NEET 2021 exam day.
So as per your query you can wear white shirt (half sleeves)with palazzo.
As very limited time is left in neet so you should do revision and do sample papers that will boost up your confidence and secure good marks

The candidates are instructed to follow the following dress code while appearing for NEET (UG) - 2021:

• Light clothes with long sleeves are not permitted. However in case, candidates

come in cultural/ customary dress at the Examination Centre, they should report at least an hour before the last reporting time i.e. 12.30 pm so that there is enoughtime for proper frisking without any inconvenience to the candidate while maintaining the sanctity of the examination.

• Slippers, sandals with low heels are permitted. Shoes are not permitted.

So, you can wear the half t-shirt and plazo bu these  clothes does not have elaborate embroidery, flowers, brooches, or buttons.
