You can apply for GATE CSE. But I would recommend you to go for M.tech(ECE) because few IITs prefers M.tech students who has done B.tech in same branch. Secondly, it will be comfortable for you too because you will face difficulty in syllabus while prepararing for GATE CSE. It quite different from ECE.

No age bar and no minimum percentage required to appear.

You can appear in final gear graduation onwaeds for GATe CSE.
