Dear Pavansai,

According to the government rules and regulations, a student can appear for 3 times in JEE Main(not consecutively) and 2 times for JEE Advanced. Also the marks on JEE Main of a student this year can also be used for clearing the cut off for JEE Advanced the next year. So you can appear for JEE Advanced 2020 if you qualify both JEE Main 2019 or 2020.

No, you can't write JEE ADVANCED 2020 after qualifying your 3rd JEE MAINS exam.
