Yes you can write these examinations again if you have joined ither colleges that were not conducting these examinations. Also you should check the eligibility criteria separately for each examinations. Generally you can appear for all of them. The eligibility criteria of pessat, bitsat, etc. Just says that the student must have passed or must be appearing for class 12th examinations, so you would be eligible for them. I would advice you to once check their eligibility criteria to be on a safer side.
