Yes, they are eligible to give Jee Mains and Jee Advanced if they qualify.

Candidates should have passed class 12th or any other equivalent qualifying examination in 2020, 2021, or appearing in 2022 for being eligible for Jee Mains 2022.

But for admissions into IITs, NITs, IIITs and CFTIs, the candidates should have secured minimum 75% marks (65% for SC/ST category candidates) or should fall under the top 20 percentile of their respective boards.
