Yes you can appear for OJEE counselling. candidates who wish to take admission in participating Institute will either have to qualify JEE main entrance examination for take special ojee 2019 test to participate in the counselling.
Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board will be offering admission two candidates on the basis of marks for rank secured in JEE mains 2019. Non JEE main qualified candidates will have to qualify ojee 2019 entrance examination.

Hello aspirant,

First of all it is not necessary that to take part in any state counseling process you need to be from that state only. You can apply in ojee even if you are from west bengal. The only criteria to get admission is jee main marks and your 12 th standard score.
