Under no circumstances a normal human can see micro organism with naked eyes. Micro organisms have such small size of around 0.2 micrometer, that can only be seen through lenses, microscope.

Zacharias Janssen invented Microscope for the purpose of seeing very minute size particles so that we know about their characteristics and examine about them.
