Hi friend.

Your score is a little bit low. Though you got obc category, this mark will not be enough to get you a govt seat in any medical college in india either in State medical quota or All india quota.

A score around 475 solid have been good to get you into a govt seat in your state.

Don't get demotivated, attend the counselling.
There may be some chance.
