Yes definitely, you can apply for ipucet forms. You just have to make sure you are passing your 12 th with minimum 50% and with the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology

But there is no option of b.pharm in ipucet

Ipucet is not the exam for bpharm. Admissions are given based on your jee main score

You can go to http://www.ipu.ac.in and download the brochure. There is no mention of bpharm in it. I suppose you keep visiting the website regularly for updates regarding b pharm admissions. I read it here https://collegedunia.com/university/25450-guru-gobind-singh-indraprastha-university-ggsipu-new-delhi/admission that jee main paper will be used for admission to bpharm.
