Hey Aspirant,
Yes, The eligibility for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) says that the candidate must have passed 12th examinations from any recognized board whether it is CBSE or NIOS.
Other Eligibility Criterias for giving this exam are :
  • You must have minimum 17 years of age.
  • You must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects in the qualifying examinations.
  • And you must have obtained minimum 50% marks (45% for Physically Handicapped candidates and 40% for reserved category candidates)
So, you are perfectly eligible for Giving NEET entrance exam.
