For admissions to the M.Sc. in Microbiology course at St. Xavier's, Mumbai, one needs to hold a valid B.Sc. degree from any  recognized university. However, the candidates who have a B.Sc. from any other University that Mumbai University will have to apply for a provisional eligibility certificate. There is is no mention of non-locals not being eligible for admissions.
