Yes, Nurses could have stethoscopes with them as they would require to do multiple tasks like reading telemetry monitors, administer vasoactive medications, start IV's, take blood pressure, and numerous other tasks like the sounds of lungs, abdominal, heartbeats and also need to check the blood pressure, So nurses are provided with stethoscopes.
