Dear Student,

If your annual family income falls below INR 8,00,000 per annum, and you do not belong to any of the castes which are identified as either SC, ST or OBC, you are eligible to apply for an EBC Certificate.
Applicant must be the domicile holder of Maharashtra or the border of Karnataka state.

Yes ,actually oc students only can apply for ebc certificate.

For other castes like bc or sc or st they will be provided with their caste certificate.

And for oc students, ebc certificate will be provided which means economically backward class certificate.
