Yes, EBC Certificate is enough for fee reimbursement for OC category candidates. See, if your yearly income of your family is less than Rs.8 lakhs and own less than 5 acres of agricultural land or if you're having a meagre financial background, then that will be mentioned in the income certificate or EBC certificate of your parents, which will help you to be eligible for fee reimbursement. EBC certificate is almost similar to income certificate or white ration card and most importantly, it should not be puzzled with caste certificate.
