As per  Telangana fee reimbursement scholarship

The annual income should not more than 2 lakhs for sc , st . And for BC  the amount is 1 lakhs

The BC student rank should be below 10,000

And also 75 % attendance is compulsory.

Inter students can apply after their exams. In A.P scholarships will be given for non-local students also but in TS it is not mentioned.
