Odisha government engineering College required 12th marks for engineering but this is not too much important because firstly it will looks the marks obtained by you in National and State level entrance exams.
National level entrance exam is JEE
State level entrance exam is OJEE
The marks and rank in JEE and OJEE decides whether you get a government engineering College or not.

yes the government college requires 12th marks for engineering. Some colleges have minimum percentage requirement criteria as well.
