Yes of course if you want to pursue Political science honours, then after graduation you can surely apply for post graduation in Political science. Same is applicable for geography.

Just geography has to be there in your honours program .

Regarding the courses both courses are good. You can take either of them. Both courses on Political science and geography are interesting and many career opportunities. So do whatever suits you.
