Yes, he or she can get addmission in NIT but he or she have to got 1 to 10000 rank . NIT only takes 1 - 10000 for genarel , or NIT 1 to 12000 for SC ST . So if he or she 10000 rank then she or he can clearly give advance . Its completely his or her choice .
