Yes why not ? Yes , one can give aiims exams while doing MBBS 1st year . There's no offence in it . But one need to be consistent with the preparation as while doing 1st year there will be a lot of burden of the medical subjects that one will be having in college. Rest hard work and smart work pays everything off.
