Yes, other state students can appear for MHT CET to take admission in private colleges.

You can also take admission in private colleges of Maharashtra for engineering through JEE Main and it will be preffered as well.

It is your choice that you appear for MHT CET exam or not.

Yes, any person can apply for it from any state but you will get admission in Maharashtra collage only through MHCET
