Yes , you can surely apply for MBBS counselling in kerala for private medical colleges . But you must quualfy NEET by scoring 50th perentile(40 for reserved category and45 for UR PH).

But keep in mind that you can only apply for private medical collges becausee for admisssion to government  medical college , you must have domiicileof that state.
