If you have taken admission in the college allotted through AIQ ranking in 2nd counselling than you are not allowed to resign and got admitted to another college under state quota but if you hadn’t reported in the college than you can choose whether you want it or you want from state quota.

If the seat that has been allotted goes off vacant (due to non joining of the allotted seat) under AIQ then they will be added to the concerned state quota seats .
