According to the eligibility criteria, candidates must have passed HSC exams with Commerce/Business Studies, Accountancy, Mathematics/Business Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science/Economics. So, unfortunately if you studied PCM or PCB as main subjects in 10+2, you will not be eligible for B.Com in Loyola College, Chennai.
