Yes! According to me self study can help if you have your concepts cleared from class 11 itself. After the completion of your course join a crash course to brush up your concepts and clear your last minute doubts.

Also if you can go, opt for a local coaching so that you can clear your doubts during your preparations.

But self study plays the key role to your preparation for AIIMS or NEET.

AIIMS is one of the tough entrance exam for MBBS. Only self study will not work. You need proper guidence and teaching.
