can someone doing first year mbbs in a government medical college in tamil nadu discontinue and write neet (2020) again to join in a different college ?

hello aspirant,

yes, that can be possible. as neet exam has no age limit you can apply for neet exam while you are studying in any college. but during the form filling you need to correctly mention the year and date of  your passed 10+2 exam.
