The meaning of retired (superannuated) for UPSEE counselling means a reservation is given to the wards of army personnel of U.P who have retired from defence due to old age or infirmity.
There is provision of horizontal reservation with code UPAF and a max 5% of reservation of total seats is given to these candidates.
