the only way is to look in social media by the keyword " Google Science Fair" in persons. You have to ask kindly and humbly. There is no other way to contact to such person.

Better option is to search in google  for stories or about Google science fair. People share their experience and you will get some for sure. There won't be anything extra in personal enquiry.
