Hello aditya,
Yes ofcourse, you can appear in UPSEE exam.
But you must have passed 10+2 examination from any board.

Hi aditya,

The candidate must have passed UP Board intermediate examination or 10+2 or any equivalent exam. The subject combination required in the qualifying examination corresponding to the course opted by the candidate
