Yes, candidates from other states are eligible to take part in the ALL INDIA COUNSELING procedure, for dental colleges in Chandigarh, provided they have scored well above the cut off range for the respective categories-

• GENERAL- 138
• SC/ST/OBC- 108
• GENERAL PWD- 122
• SC/ST/OBC PWD- 108

However, for admission to Dr. Harvansh Singh Judge Dental College and Hospital, the counseling is not through the MCC website but through GMCH-32 on the official site http://gmch.gov.in
