Yes a students are able to visit their home at any time, Hostels are there to provide the accommodation facilities to the students from other states or city.

However there is no restriction for visiting your home from hostels, if you wish to visit your home when you are in hostel, what you need is to do only submit an application to hostel office signed by hostel rector.

There is no such attendance criteria in hostel that you need to fulfill.
