Can students without domicile of Andhra Pradesh apply for mbbs registration

Sorry but without domicile you won't get a seat in govt in Andhra Pradesh as 85% seats are reserved for the candidates of Andhra state that is students having the domicile of Andhra state.
You might try for management quota seat
