as per your time providing you a list of colleges in Mumbai which offer textile engineering course

Institute of chemical technology Mumbai ( ICT Mumbai).
Veermata jaibai technological Institute- VJIT , Mumbai.

these both the institute accept admission on the basis of JEE mains exam so there is no institute in Mumbai which offers you direct admission on the basis of your 12th result but you can take direct admission on the basis of yours 12th score by management relationship.
