Hii Hari!
There is no lateral entry for MBBS in India. You have to join the course after clearing NEET UG. Apply for NEET UG. Give the exam. If you clear it, apply for councelling and then you get the Colleges according to your rank. There's discussion going on lateral entry after bds or BSc Nursing, but till now, it's not applicable.
