Your JEE Advanced rank seems pretty good to secure a seat at an IIT.

For Electrical Engineering you can expect the following IITs-

IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT kharagpur, IIT Guwahati, IIT roorkee, IIT Hyderabad.

Out of these, IIT Madras and Delhi look tougher, but if you get a rank below 460 then only you can expect IIT Delhi, and if your rank is below 560 then only you can expect IIT Madras.
