The documents you will be required for NEET 2019 are mentioned below-

Your Admit card
NEET 2019 result or rank letter
eight passports sized photographs(it should be same as that affixed in the application form)
Class 10th certificate
Class 12th certificate and marksheet
Proof of identity
Category Certificate(if applicable)
Provisional allotment letter, that is generated online

You must have original and attested photocopies of the above mentioned documents.
