There is no method to convert your general rank to any category rank.
Your category rank depends on how many candidates of your category are having better rank than you in general list. There is no formala for it.
Also it varies with exam and year by year.

Considering your profile, you are engineering aspirant. Taking consideration of JEE-Main exam, final All India Rank is calculated after both the sessions. Best of the scores are taken for rank preparation.

It is not possible to predict the category rank from NTA score but you can calculate your common rank by using the given formula

(100 - your percentile)*868010/100
