You can apply for the second round registration when its application form come out. There is no any issue if you didn't apply for the first round. Karnataka MBBS counselling will be conducted for both government and private medical and dental colleges. You can check the further information with the given below link.

I'm from Andhra. I got 435 marks in neet. Is there any chances of getting b cat seat in Karnataka private medical colleges..??

Based on this score you can have the chances in private colleges but you can not expect very good colleges as per previous year cutoff. You can also go for deemed Universities.
