Hi aspirant, in respect of your question if you want to participate in Bihar Neet counselling and you're from UP then you can definitely participate in it but participating in any different state counseling will not benefit to you as much the benefit you will get in your own state counselling because in state counselling the priority given to Home State candidates. So you shoud try admission in your own state to take the benefit of your home state quota.

Hello,

If you do not belong to Bihar, then you can avail  15 percent of All India Quota will participate in NEET counselling conducted by MCC.The allocation of seats will be carried out by the State Advisory Authority based on All India Ranks obtained in NEET 2020. If you have domicile of Bihar then you can participate in 85% state quota else you can participate in 15% AI quota. Since you are from UP, then you can participate in 85% state quota of UP.
