Hi Nitin as in your query you are asking that can you mention EWS category at the time of counselling and you have not mentioned before at the time of applying then I must tell you that the category remains same what you fill at the time of application you cannot change it at the time of counselling so I am sorry but you cannot add EWS category now at the time of counselling.
