For applying in both engineering and medical counselling you have pcmb group in 12th . Also you have both jee mains or state level engineering entrance exam and neet exam. Submitting all the documents in both  counselling is quite difficult because dates are different.

hello, for keeping the options of both domain you are first required to have PCMB as subjects in 12th class, further for respective institutes they might have their entrance exams or valid JEE MAINS score would be accepted, but the most primary  eligibility is to have respective subject whether math or biology
