see you did not mention any entrance exam name, however at this score you are not eligible for neet exam, and most of the engineering colleges marks criteria is 50% marks in 12th or aggregate marks in pcm. even for b.pharma course you are not eligible for certain colleges, this goes same for b.sc, now you need to decide whether you want to give improvement exam or need to change your field to other discipline apart from science.
