As of now, the admission process for Adarsha Vidyalaya Katapali, Jharsuguda, Odisha is not open. Admissions for Class 6 usually start around October or November every year for the next academic session. The entrance exam is generally conducted by the Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan (OAVS).

Students studying in Class 5 and aged between 10 to 12 years (as on 31st March of the admission year) are eligible to apply for Class 6. The application process is online, and the form is available on the official OAVS or BSE Odisha website when admissions are open.
