Yes you can change the preference of college after 1st round of counselling in UPSEE. But there is one condition i.e you should have choosed float option while filling the form for 1st round of counselling . If you have done this then you can change in other rounds . But if you have choosed freeze option while filling the form for 1st round of UPSEE Counselling then there are no chances that you can change the sequence of college.
