You have qualify Neet ug exam and appeared for the first round of counselling in which you have alloted a college  seat in MBBS course. But as you have not informed to the allotted college for your unwillingness and are waiting for second round counselling where you have perhaps not allotted a seat in MBBS, if the date of joining in the first round allotted college not crossed time limit of the last date of joining inthe seat of first round alloted seat then you can get the seat of first round aided college for MBBS.
