Hello,

Typically, to participate in the 3rd round of MBBS counseling, you need to have registered and applied for the 1st and 2nd rounds. However, the specific rules may vary depending on the counseling authority and the state.

In general, to be eligible for the 3rd round, you should:

1. Have registered for the counseling process before the specified deadline.

2. Have filled out the choice form and locked your preferences for the 1st and 2nd rounds.

3. Not have been allotted a seat in the 1st and 2nd rounds.

If you haven't registered or applied for the 1st and 2nd rounds, you might not be eligible for the 3rd round.

hope this helps,

Thank you
