I am assuming that by AFMC course, you mean, MBBS in Armed Forces Medical College.

See, the AFMC institute is located in Pune, India and not in Germany. Also, MBBS is a very practical oriented course and hence obviously can never be taught in distance mode. So, obviously, to get into AFMC you will have to crack NEET UG and then crack the interview of the AFMC to get into the esteemed college.
